3. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Because our cookies and treats are made fresh to order, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods such as holidays, special promotions, or seasonal events.

Once an order ships, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States using standard shipping services.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after shipment.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Sugar Fix Cookies & Treats is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees, taxes, or carrier surcharges that may apply.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Sugar Fix Cookies & Treats is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully package all orders to protect our products during shipping. However, once a package leaves our facility, it is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate.

Sugar Fix Cookies & Treats is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier, but we will assist customers in filing a claim when possible.

7. Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, Sugar Fix Cookies & Treats does not accept returns on food items.

Refunds or replacements may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • The incorrect item was received

  • The product arrived significantly damaged

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

If a return is approved for a non-perishable item (such as merchandise or accessories):

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started.

Because our baked goods are made fresh to order, cancellations may not be possible once preparation has begun.

9. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, or pricing errors are suspected.
