Thank you for shopping with Sugar Fix Cookies & Treats! Each order is freshly prepared and packaged with care to ensure the best quality. Please review the following shipping guidelines before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Because our cookies and treats are made to order, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods such as holidays, special promotions, or seasonal events.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship orders within the United States using standard carrier services.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days after shipment

  • Includes tracking

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Sugar Fix Cookies & Treats is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees, taxes, or carrier surcharges that may apply.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Sugar Fix Cookies & Treats is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.


Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our cookies and treats; however, once an order leaves our facility it is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package and product

We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Sugar Fix Cookies & Treats is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier, but we will assist you in filing a claim when possible.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we do not accept returns on food items.

Refunds or replacements may be issued only in the following situations:

  • The wrong item was received

  • The product arrived significantly damaged

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

If a return is approved for a non-perishable item (such as merchandise or packaging accessories), the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started. After this time, cancellations may not be possible because items are made fresh to order.
