Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we do not accept returns on food items.

Refunds or replacements may be issued only in the following situations:

  • The wrong item was received

  • The product arrived significantly damaged

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

If a return is approved for a non-perishable item (such as merchandise or packaging accessories), the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
